I’m Dawn McIlvain Stahl, the person behind the purple pen.
I have more than 15 years of experience copyediting and proofreading academic and general interest writing. For four of those years, I also honed my writing skills as the online editor for Copyediting.com, creating informative and entertaining posts for eagle-eyed editors and writers.
